As a condition of being granted permission to access and use the Canada 3.0 collaborative website("the Website"), I acknowledge that Open Text Corporation and its affiliated corporations("OTC") shall have a limited license to use any Content which I upload or post to the Website, for the sole purpose of allowing OTC to display and/or demonstate the Website to customers and potential customers of OTC as an example of the kinds of collaborative environments that can be operated using ITC software. OTC shall not be permitted to change a fee to any party who views the demonstration of this Website and/or the Content, and OTC shall not be permitted to use the Content separate and apart from the demonstration of the Website. This license shall be royalty free, fully paid up, world-wide and non-exclusive. I also acknowledge that I have permission to upload or post the Content to the Website and to grant the license set out above. For the purposes of this license, the term "Content" shall mean any comments, statements, documents, presentations, Images, videos, digital files, concepts, ideas as well as the identity and contact details provided by the contributor of the Content. Finally, OTC reserves the right to deny acess to the Website at its discretion and remove Content from the Website without notice at any time.
